While at Rowan, she gained hands-on experience in a behavioral health research lab, focusing on integrated treatments and participant recruitment for a study on vaping behaviors. This experience deepened her passion for working in the behavioral health and substance use treatment field.

Kristin aims further to develop her administrative expertise within the behavioral health sector, focusing on enhancing patient care and operational efficiency.
What do you enjoy most about what you do?
Kristin finds great fulfillment in connecting prospective clients with the care they need. Whether matching them with a suitable clinician within the practice or sourcing a referral from the network, she takes pride in ensuring they receive the appropriate support. The gratitude clients express when she secures a referral for them is incredibly rewarding, affirming her role in facilitating their journey toward better health.
On a Personal Note
Outside work, Kristin enjoys experimenting with new recipes, attending concerts, and dining with friends.
